| We, for the second time, took advantage of the upgrade to the upper floors. Extremely quiet, very clean and roomy, all needed amenities. This waas a very good overnight stop traveling E/W and not there for a gambling vacation. We will stay each time we go through Reno. |

| We will stay again. A little bit high on price, but that was because of Street Vibrations. We had a great time, food was good, very clean rooms. |

| I was very pleasantly surprised with our experience at the The Summit. The room was the same price as a Motel 6 we almost stayed at near Yosemite and WORLDS nicer. Clean, spacious and well appointed. Only complaint was the $10 mandatory "resort fee" that we had no choice on (and no included in our prepaid room) but it included internet, gym access and two bottles of FIGI water, so still a good deal. If you have to stay in Reno, stay here. |

| I stayed here with my fiance and we had a great time. I recommend Briscola for a nice meal but request that they seat you in the back where it is darker and quiter. If you have kids, ensure that they put you far away from the pool. It sounds crazy but at night the pool turns into a super loud nightclub that goes until 2am in the morning. Our room faced the pool but we were on the top floor - we could still hear the beat going though. All-in-all, we enjoyed ourselves. |

| We stayed in the remodeled nonsmoking wing. The rooms are very large with king bed, full size couch and desk. There is a 42" TV and as a surprise, a small TV in the bathroom. This is a very large hotel so ask for a room near the elevator if you have any difficulty walking. Otherwise you might have to walk a few hundred feet down the corridor.
If you're a smoker there is a smoking wing but the room we saw has not been remodeled. It's more like an older hotel with standard TV and furnishings. The smoke smell is obvious as you exit the elevator and continues down the corridor and in the rooms. |

| This hotel is not on the strip - but the strip is uber cheesy anyway. This hotel has alot of amenities and activities so it's great if that's what you're looking for, however there is not much closeby otherwise. The brunch buffet was good and restaurant variety(charlie palmers, etc) was nice to have. Food was so so. Casino was smoky. Hallways even on the Summit floors were dark and dingy. It was bordering on creepy. The room itself was dark and very "bachelor pad". It was comfortable enough though. Definitely not the best hotel stay but if you're going to Reno - probably better to stay here than anywhere on the strip, |

| Very disappointed in overall apprearance of rooms. But the restaurants that we ate in were quite good. The Rim - asian food - delicious. The Italian restaurant was a 10. Staff was great. The black everywhere was very depressing. Not glitzy and bright like in former days. |

| No sweetener or creamer with coffee fixings in room. 1 of 3 room keys did not work. No printed list of activities, restaurant schedules, etc given at checkin.
Big problem - hotel guests not given restaurant seating priority in restaurants - 40 min wait in buffet line Sunday night where 90% of people in line were 'locals' getting deeply discounted price while we as hotel guests paid 'full freight'! Unacceptable!!! |

| I paid extra to get a suite, I was shocked when I arrived in my room and it was not large and in no way was a suite. I called the front desk and ask about it and was told it was called a suite because it had a small refrigerator and a microwave. Was not with the extra $ to upgrade. |

| The only thing I can say is to keep your word, Either they have what the customer is asking for or they don't. If they don't just say so to keep the good reputation. |
