Recent Staybridge Suites Reno Review: "Great room. Loved the seperate bedroom away from the living area and kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful. The walls were thick enough so you didn't hear anyone in the room next to you. The only down side was the ceiling noise barrier...there was none! There was a family with a 4 year old girl above us. Every morning she would run around screaming and stomping on the floor (our ceiling) She would push the kitchen chairs around and we could hear every thing quite clearly. We complained to the management and they in turn would call their room. this did little good. I myself called their room directly with little results. This was the only negative thing about this hotel. It probably wouldn't have been so bad if we were day shift people instead of the 2nd shifters that we are. Nice hotel. Would highly recommend. Just make sure there are no small children above you."
