The room was big enough for a q2ueen size bed and about 2' on each side. It was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen.

Just stayed here with my sisters for a birthday celebration. Overall I was pleased with the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. We got several really good coupons when we checked in -- some free drink coupons, a "get $40 when you play $20" for the casino, and a $15 credit in the cafe, where we had a really delicious breakfast. Food was great, and coffee was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Like a lot of businesses right now, I got the feeling that this hotel is struggling a bit in these hard times, and they are trying really hard to attract guests and give them a good experience. I would recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful by the river. On the edge of "nice" part of town, so some not-so-nice apartment buildings nearby. Overall proximity to river, ball park, auto museum, casinos, and UNR was great. Very good service. You are treated special. Great food in the cafe & a Starbucks right there! Hotel's casino is very small - a plus for me.

I loved the location of this motel. My room was facing the river so the view was great. It is just a block to the running/biking path that runs a long the river. As a runner, I appreciated being so close to it. I also bowled and it is only about 6 blocks to the bowling stadium. It is farther than Harrah's, but you don't have the casino feel, and I liked that part too. The Spa experience was superb! I had a great massage therapist. You do have to call for the driver to come to the airport to get you, unlike the other bigger casinos. The room had a refrigerator, which I appreciate because I go buy groceries to keep in there instead of eating every meal out. The wireless internet was a bit slow, so I used the cable connection and I had some trouble the first day, but after that I used it and connected fine. The bathroom has no counter space, so I used my hanging travel bag on the back of the door. The bathroom does have a mirror and hair dryer, which were handy. The fitness room was one of the better ones I have been in. They had 2 treadmills, a bike, a stepper, a captains chair, wide screen tv, and some weight machines. I ran one night inside, but if you can, run the river route instead, the scenery is great! The only problem I had was with the room key. It wouldn't work the first time so I had to go get another, then the next time it quit again, so I got 2 keys and one worked, the other didn't (I do know not to put them next to my cell phone, so I am not sure why they quit working). Over all this was a great place to stay. A little pricier than other Casino's, but being closer to the river and away from other Casino's was worth it to me.

Everything about my stay at the Siena was positive. They offered free valet, free parking, and free airport transportation- via Town Car. I was only their guest for two nights, but they stored my company car for 9 nights- free. When I picked up the car, one of their Valets removed the snow chains for me, again- free. The casino offered complimentary beverages whilst gambling. They also offer a SportsBook. The service there was stellar as well. The Room Service was excellent, both the service (friendly, prompt) and the food. The business centre was convenient as well. They offered, once again, friendly service; including MAC and PC, fax, copying, and shipping. The Spa was spectacular. I relaxed in their Serenity Room, had a 30 min. almost full-body massage, and soaked in a private jet-bath with mineral salts and eucalyptus...all for a great price. My only critique would be of the front desk staff. The clerks there were good, but seemed to operate at a level just inconsistent with the rest of the staff. Nevertheless, I look forward to my return.

Standard room is pretty small but was comfortable. WiFi worked well in common areas but was spotty in the rooms. Smoke free hotel.. The parking is not covered but was only steps away from the hotel.

Overall this was a nice hotel to stay in and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was small and had some old fixtures and there could have been some extra outlets, but it is an older building. The day spa was pretty good, free internet was great, and they threw in some free food and gambling. I would definitely stay here again.

The minute you open the door to the lobby you are overcome with a powerful smell of cigarette smoke, it was awful, no barrier between casino and lobby. I wont stay there again.

The hotel was fine overall. I was dissapointed that the jacuzzi was low on water and not hot enough to be worth using, but that was it for negative. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and smoke free.
