| i was told that the place where i was going was only three blocks away which was not right. also, i was charged $4.00 for city tax and that was not disclosed to me at booking. |

| We stayed here a few nights ago and it was a totally different Reno from three years ago. The neighborhood was a bit scary at night and the room itself was noisy and the bed was hard with itchy sheets. We both had sore necks the next day. The good thing about it was the location to some great poker tournaments. |

| We were very pleased with our stay at the Sands Regency in Reno. The price was fantastic. The work-out room was awesome being on the top floor with huge glassed windows overlooking the city, and a great little ski shop connected to the hotel so we could rent skis for a trip to Lake Tahoe. |

| This hotel and casino is very close to any other casinos. It's one block from Circus circus where my boys enjoyed the shows and arcade..Very clean and neat with the unbelievable amount I paid fo one night of stay. It has variety of slots machines that i can choose.100% sure, I'll recommend this hotel and casino to my friends,relatives and my co-wor kers. |

| We arrived for a Sunday night stay. We arent gamblers but saw that there were a lot of people enjoying themselves. We thoroughly enjoyed the Prime Rib Buffet in the hotel restaurant and breakfast at Mel's Diner the following morning. The room was clean and the bed provided the best nights sleep we have had in a very long time. The only complaintst I had were that there were not enough towels put out in the room for more than 1 person to shower and the ice machine on our floor was not working. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a great price and a great value!! |

| The room was actually better than I expected. I don't usually like to stay in hotel/casinos because of the smoke but this room was worth putting up with a little smoke. There was bistro cafe in the hotel that was very good for a lite dinner. The location was close enough to the Truckee River that we were able to take a walk there and to breakfast at Peg's Glorified Ham and Eggs in the morning. The view was nice too. |
