| This hotel is ok but the room is small, bathroom is tiny,lack of space to put your belongings.musty smell when you get off the elevator going to your room. This is ok when you cant find any hotels available in the surrounding. |

| weary clean and friendly hotel they nice for me only problem that bad too small 2 twin bed but they sad 2 quine bed suite. l call them they sad you right but this is our room :))) |

| El lugar donde se encuentra es una zona deteriorada, y el hotel no tiene nada de verde, arboles y ambientación en sus accesos y estacionamiento lo que lo hace mas desolado y da mala impresion
Las piezas son buenas y comodas
Nos dijeron que el desayuno bufet era impresionante, pero el di que fuimos no habia bufet pues fallo el personal. |

| we really enjoyed the breakfast. The waitress was very pleasant and very accommodating.
The price of the room was also affordable. |

| The area around was a little "shady" but the shuttle driver, the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The waitress in the coffee shop was amazing, she had about ten tables and although the wait was long she kept a very positive attitude and tried to make a bad situation better. We were impressed with her. |

| When we showed up, there were 40-50 Latino's in the lobby from ages 8-50 running around and there was music in a meeting room or ball room. For a casino hotel, I guess I can understand, but why was everyone wandering outside the dance party. There were cops on stand by....A little unusual. We ended up on the 7th floor and couldn't hear a thing. |

| next time I'm in Reno I'll BE staying at the Ramada inn.room service was good .Free breakfast was great.coffee machine and iron in room were a plus. |
