Recent Ramada Reno Casino Review: "you can see the hotel from the freeway and at night lights on the side of the hotel helps you find it easily. Close to circus circus and the other hotels. plenty of parking. the hotel is clean but cigarettes smell everywhere. We were on the non-smoking floor, 3rd floor, but you can smell cigarettes everywhere. Very friendly staff and fast service. Quiet and safe inside but there were a couple of homeless or drunks on the corner store. The workout room, on the 2nd floor, is small with 2 treadmills, 2 recombinant bikes and 2 step-walker. It has a tv and towels so you can enjoy while exercising. The laundry room is next to the fitness room. No community room where you can use the microwaves or refrigerator but each room comes with a coffee maker. Our bathroom was broken and kept running water. I'd kept jerking on the handle to stop the water. I was impressed with how fast the water heated up so that you don't have to run it and waste water. They clean the room everyday. We brought our puppy and he'd stayed with us. The carpet has spots on it but can't tell how clean because its the patchy grey/red/black/green color but our dog sniffed around a lot. I was afraid of bed bugs because the price was cheap and brought our own blankets but to my surprise it was clean and no bed bugs. The kids liked the disney channel. We didn't go to the casino or eat there but everything is close by: walgreens, fast food, circus circus, restaurants, and walmart. We drove 30 so miles to the slopes and snow parks so the kids and go sledding. The only negative thing is the cancelation policy. Once you confirm, you'll be charged the regular price if you cancel. Other than that this is a good hotel."
