| The front desk staff was ok. They had no compassion towards a tired traveler who wanted a different room. The Montego Bay section of the hotel is a completely different building. I might as well have stayed in a motel 6. Which some I have stayed in are cleaner and more nice.
The hotel was nice. It was clean, didn't smell of smoke and had multiple nice amenities.
I personally doubt I will stay there next time. |

| Start with parking. Easy! Close to elevators, multi level, with graduated entry, not spiral. Plenty of it.
Find the front desk. OK, follow the signs. Then up to the tower. That's a long walk. Then to the room. Who thought a tower would have such long halls. Then the room. Heck, the bathroom is bigger than most rooms, and the room itself is huge. Nice bed, nice TV, fast wireless internet, but only one computer can use it, then it's shut down for others. That's a downer if you are working and playing at the same time. All in all, a great place to stay, even if you don't gamble. |

| My stay at the Peppermill resort was almost to the state of perfection. The poolside environment is by far the best in Reno. I was in town for a convention and although Atlantis is connected to the convention center the walk from the Peppermill was 10 minutes in the cool mornings and the cab fare of $5.50 was a piece of cake in the evenings. Cab fare to the airport and downtown were both about $10.00 (a rental car isn't really necessary unless your golfing because the best courses are in Tahoe 1 hr away). The only complaint about the staff is the lack of timeliness poolside. You may also have trouble ordering some food to enjoy during the evening while relaxing with a group of your newest friends. |

| the peppermill was a nice visit the pools are real nice over all it was a very nice place very clean free airport shuttle but when you check out they hit you with another service fee mine was an extra 12.00 that was a surprise to me |

| The hotel was OK, overly crowded but I think that's to be expected in Reno. The room wasn't great, for the price I was expecting something much nicer. Don't think I'll be going back to Reno anytime soon. |

| First the check-in was terrible do to the fact that the employee tried to lie in my face. Then the valet lost our keys so our car was never parked and luckily we were able to search the car and found the keys under the mat in the back set of the passenger side of the car. Why would they be there we have no idea, but that took up 45mins of our day and caused my daughter to be late for her basketball game, which was the whole reason for the trip in the first place. Not once were we offered any type of compensation for all of our inconvenience, and when we asked, we were told that they had done nothing wrong to warrant anything. So much for the customer always being right. I will not stay there in the future. |
