| Stayed in the standard tower room--very nicely furnished, excellent view, well-kept. Beds were much nicer pieces of furniture than you generally find in casino rooms. Even had a brand-new looking gold-colored carpet on the floor--how in the world do they keep THAT clean?Only thing I could criticize is noise from plumbing fixtures--but that is probably par for the big hotels. They have done much work on the exterior esthetics of the place, and the Tuscan themes are quite impressive. We will definitely be back. |

| I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked-in, and was informed that I was being upgraded to a suite, when the room that I had made a reservation for wasn't available.
Everything was very nice, and great service. |

| We've stayed in most of the large Hotel/Casinos in the Reno area and these are by far the best for the money! Look for special deals (don't settle for the standard rates) and they're even better! |

| nice rooms and casino beautiful pool, althought they put away the sun chairs for cleanup and pool service, while many customers were present and wanting to use the facilities?

| The room was very nice and clean, however the wing we stayed in was over looking a very busy parking lot and was very noisy all night long. Every morning when they had a shift chang we were woke up to the people changing shift. Also one morning at 7am a large truck for shreading was parked under our window and woke us up. I would NEVER recomend the Montego Bay wing to anyone staing here. |

| Had to wait over an hour for airport to hotel transport. Then, the van was too small to take all the people waiting and left four of us behind. We were not told why (the much larger vehicle had run out of gas!). After complaining to the valet desk and transportation folks (who were very apologetic) they compensated me for the taxi fare, which is all I asked for. To their credit (Peppermill personnel) they did a fine job in their effort to make a bad experience better. |

| The front desk and bell desk couldn't find a way to communicate, and our reservation wasn't ready for us when we arrived. When they lost track of our baggage I asked if they could just leave it in the room because I'd been waiting for it for an hour, to which they said, "well, we could, but if everything wasn't there it would fall on us. The front desk will blame us and we already took the heat for not having your baggage before." And I was thinking, why are you making this my problem? I found it unprofessional and the pictures of the rooms on the website did not reflect the reality of the appearance. Overall I was pretty disappointed with the service. |

| The hotel was great and loved the food! The room was very nice and the beds comfortable. There was a little bit of a wait for our luggage to get to our room about a half an hour. The only thing that I was upset about was that they closed the pools and hot tubs at 10 witch really sucked. |

| We enjoyed everything except the very long distance from check-in and parking to the room in the Tuscan Tower. We would like to stay in the Tuscan Tower rooms again, but the walking distance is just too far for us older people. |

| We're not gamblers and don't smoke and found the interior spaces of the hotel (though not our room, which had an openable window) to be unpleasantly (tobacco) smoky, but we had lots of fun with our kids in the Peppermill's terrific pools. The lavish faux Italian design of the pools is over the top in a good way. We were in town to catch an airplane the next morning and would easily stay here again. Hotel is just down the street from a diner that is one of the Western States' most dependable family restaurants. |
