| I could not have ask for a better place to stay, or a freindlier my accomadating staff. We were treated like royalty and hated to leave. we will go back!!!! If you feel like you want to be king for a week, head to Tahoe, stop at the "Monte bleu" and get the tuscan suite...........That my freind is as good as it gets James Powell-. 2012 |

| We had a great time but the pillows were terrible. Our room was located at the end of the hall with only a maintenance room on the other side. All night there was banging and the sounds of carts rolling up and down the hall so my husband and I didn't get any sleep. Not sure we'll go back. |

| Overall, our hotel stay was average. The room was clean, but it had a strange odor. Also, the sheets in the room were quite itchy. Additionally, there were no restaurants open when we arrived, and -- with most casinos -- restaurants are open 24-hours a day. The front-desk attendant acted unprofessional, as well. Even still, the location was gorgeous -- as we could see Lake Tahoe from our balcony. |

| Had taken a King's size bed room. It was a decent comfortable room. Only disadvantage was the heater could not be controlled in the room and we could not open the window in the room. It was clean and spacious and quite good for the discounted prices. Location was awesome. It was very close to two very good casinos, Harrahs and Harveys as well as the Heavenly Ski resort and all the sight seeing places too. We loved our stay there. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and starbucks within the hotel gives you great coffee in the morning! |

| The bed was probably the best in the room. Toilet, carpet and wall decor were quite outdated. The hotel was acceptably clean in the standard of what I paid. But it was a disappointment that no table games and only 50+ slot machines found in the gambling hall. The room was basically too hot because of non-stoppable heat coming from the AC duct. |

| Cant get use to people smoking in the lobbys and casino. Really sucks. But the staff were nice and the rooms were great for the price. No complaints here! |

| Nice safe location. Friendly employees. Clean comfortable room. Coffee shop, buffet, movie theater, and Starbucks downstairs. Nice pool and hot tub in the summer. Bring your own hot pot and coffee if you want to make your own. |

| The hotel is close to other nice spots in the area but the turn down is that the casino,the lobby and tge room need updates..its okay to stay here if your out most of the time and if your on a budget. You can always go to the other hotels to play or dine. The valet parking is awesome though..the valet guy was very courteous assisting us. |

| The hotel was okay for a one night stay. The room was old. The beep-hole was missing. There were brown spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. The outlets were cracked off. The hotel carpet had electrical tape all around. The public restrooms had no locks. But other than that if you wanted to get away for one night. I could stand it.
It needs to be updated and the carpet should be changed. Oh, they need more slop machines kind of empty. |
