| The room as very standard. Thin walls, poor lighting, worst pillows ever. The hotel is a maze, small signs, easy to get lost. |

| Very impressed by the layout of the hotel, it's a one stop shop .. Has so much under one roof you wouldn't have to ever leave the hotel if you didn't want to! Only disappointment was the room not having the simple stuff that rooms usually have like a coffee pot and microwave. |

| A really nice hotel. However I really was disappointed that they charge $10 for wifi in the room. This is ridiculous when even every McDonald offers free wifi |

| the hotel was fine, disapointed in the choice or lackof choice for restaraunts at the hotel. No buffet, no coffee shop, just starbucks, and only 24 hr food was room service or coffee shop at Harrahs |

| Overall was very nice. A little confusing getting from self-parking garage into hotel. Had to take 2 different elevators to get to my parking spot. |

| My stay at Harveys hotel was good overall.. people R nice, room was clean, bathrooms were clean and elegant.. view was great.. bout the only thing missing was a microwave.. hotel is in a good spot. Close to ski resort. And lake is just a 5 minute drive.. I would deff come back to this hotel.. |

| We stayed in this hotel for three nights. It is a decent hotel with a convenient location. The hotel staff is friendly. Few notes based on our experience at the hotel:
1. This hotel allows guests to keep their pets. During the second night, we kept getting disturbed with a dog barking in a nearby room. Finally, we reported the issue to security, and to their credit, they took care of the issue promptly.
2. This hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool. The front desk will provide an access card to an indoor swimming pool at Harrah's. This is a good pool, but very limited number of pool chairs.
3. Restaurant for breakfast was closed for maintenance. You can get breakfast at Starbuck's near front desk, or go to the restaurant at Harrah's. |
