| Everything from booking to check-out was very easy and convenient. It was too cold to go out at night, but everything was right there, so there's no need to leave. There's even a tunnel under the street that connects you to another casino with a fabulous dinner buffet and great views. Our room was right next the the elevator and we spent the whole night listening to people talking loudly, while waiting for or getting off the elevator and I think the people upstairs were playing soccer. We literally did not sleep a wink the whole night. The lighting in the room was so poor and we had to use a flashlight to read the thermometer. If I go back, I'll request a room really far away from the elevator. |

| My wife and I decided on a last minute trip to Tahoe and booked a room for one night. We were very surprised at the size of the room. It had a very comfortable bed, large flat screen tv, and a nice bathroom with separate tub and glass door shower. The room service for breakfast was prompt and the quality of food was great and well presented. We were very comfortable in this room and wished we had time to stay a few more nights. |

| Both my boyfriend and I had sore necks from sleeping in the beds here... the pillows are very uncomfortable! There are two pillows - a top one and a bottom one; tried them each on separate nights and my aching neck still woke me up each morning. I know it's not an isolated incidence since we tried two different rooms.
But the location is great. The casinos downstairs are rather "spendy" casinos - $10 craps and $10 blackjack hands. |

| I enjoyed my stay there, the only thing they did not have was a coffee maker in the room and really did not have anywhere to eat for a good breakfast. Other then that the hotel itself was very nice with friendly staff! Restaurante upstairs was awesome and I highly recommend it. |
