Recent Harveys Casino Review: "Totally great experience with exceptional check-in, clean room, the VIEW, & above & beyond customer service! My daughter & I got the Tahoe room & were put on the 19th floor with an incredible view. We liked that we each had our own sink & counter to get ready at. My only complaint was high internet charges when even the cheap hotels down the road offered free WiFi. The kicker of our experience with Harvey's is that my daughter left her airline ticket (we were flying on Buddy Passes) laying on the bed & didn't realize it until we got to the Reno airport (an hour by car away!). I called Harvey's & housekeeping sent someone to our room immediately but it had already been cleaned; so they searched out the maid but she had only found the used ticket that my daughter had thrown in the trash. So they then checked the laundry & found it!! This lady from housekeeping then raced over to Harrah's & gave it to the airport shuttle to hand deliver to my daughter!! Amazing part #1 is that they went above & beyond to try to find it & part #2 is that they didn't just keep the OPEN round trip ticket that they could have used themselves! My daughter had her 1:15pm ticket in hand by 11:30am & made it to her home in Tulsa safely. I can't praise Harvey's staff enough for that!"
