| From the moment we checked in we were pleased with the service. We were greeted with a smile from our front desk representative (name was Rocky?) and he granted all of our requests (high floor, facing north, etc.) with nothing less than the reply "absolutely". The casino staff (bartenders, guest service representatives) were all smiling and it was noticeable. It was our first stay at Harrah's and due to the level of service we received it will not be our last! Thank you...we will be back!!! |

| Our stay at Harrah's was great. The room was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. It was the nicest experience we've had in a Nevada hotel.

| I will not stay at or recommend places where the air keeps blowing after the thermostat turns the heat/air conditioning off. I turned the heat down and there was cold air blowing on me all night. Result - stiff neck which will not go away. If I had turned the fan off, there would have been no heat at night. There are plenty of places where the fan goes off when the thermostat turns the heat off. |

| Booked a room here only 2 nights before heading up to Reno and was surprised to find such a good deal on a Friday night. Location is actually better since it seems it's more central to all the casinos. Rooms are very clean and nice. If you book a non smoking room it actually smells like a non smoking room! |

| We has a very enjoyable vacation, nice clean hotel with excellent service(allowed us early c/in but turn out the room wasn"t clean yet-found out when we open the door, but they switched for us right away-nice. And the 2nd room was nice too just the tv wasn't plugged in-fixed myself not a big deal). We will back, love it. Happy New Year All! |

| Everything about the hotel was great--exactly what I expected. The Ichiban Japanese Restaurant and the Steakhouse restaurant in the hotel were outstanding. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing due to the "east" & "west" towers. My only complaint is that over my 2 night stay my room was never cleaned. I was working from my room when the housekeeping staff came by and she never came back. |
