| First got a moldie room then moved to nicer clean room. Not happy that they gave us a old room first. But they did move us fast and with no problem. |

| I wanted a non-smoking room and none were available unless I upgraded - I was told "3rd party web sites don't make it clear that all I'm reserving is a room, not the amenities about the room" - I balked and they upgraded the room for free.

| I booked and paid through hotel.com for a non-smoking room as I will travel with kid who has asthma. While at the check-in, I was told by both receptionist and front-desk manager that only smoking rooms are available, and non-smoking rooms are not guaranteed when making the reservation. What a lousy excuse! This is not a reservation, it's a sales contract as I already paid booking before showing in the hotel. If I didn't show up by that night, would I get full refund for my money? I believe they wouldn't offer that... Since that happened on Friday night, there was no way to look for other hotel, I had to check in and stay. Will not come back again. |

| The Grand Sierra Resort. The room we stayed in the bathroom fixtures and title work were old and in need of replacement. The sink faucet leaked and the tile in the tub needed to be replaced or repaired. |

| The shower fluctuates a lot so either extremely hot or extremely cold. Coffee maker in room would be great and microwave. Refridgerators are available.
The staff is awesome and super nice and accomodating.
Definitely recommend this hotel. |

| Stayed 5 night to ski last week. Being low season rates were FANTASTIC. With that said the cafe was closed all week for maintenance. Check in was a breeze. Summit suites are DARK browns, leather cabinets and the marble in the bathroom. Shower was big/nice. Also FYI the public bus comes right up to the lobby and is inexpensive to get to downtown or for that fact to Stead for the air races. |

| I really enjoyed this hotel. Im not really a gambler so the fact that I could go to the movies was a real plus for me. And I also enjoyed the cafe as well!! The French Toast was wonderful!!!!! |

| Got a great rate for the GSR and was excited to stay there. Was expecting something special. What we got was a very basic room..no fridge, no microwave, lousy shower with poor drainage. The Casino was nice and the downstairs stores and restaurants were good but the room was below average. |
