| Our room had very little heat, and I believe this was not addressed because they are closing the hotel at the end of the month. |

| Large room. Clean & comfortable. Small area with peeling wallpaper where something was removed from the wall. Large windows with view of Reno. No microwave or fridge. Limited TV channels.
Parking is across the street but in a secure parking garage and is free to guests. Hotel clean. Staff friendly and courteous. Live music on the main floor at the bar. |

| The room smell old and stuffy no bolts on toliet, and the heater didn't work at all it was very cold in there. |

| Although the hotel is showing some signs of age, it is well maintained.
The rooms are large and comfortable.
The location is very convenient to several casinos in the downtown area and close to other popular locations by car.
The hotel's parking lot is across the street and construction in the area made pick-up and drop-off more complicated than it should be (and will be in the future) but this is off-set by the fact that the hotel parking is FREE.
This is a great deal for economy minded travelers. |

| I was very pleased with this hotel. The view from my room was outstanding. I was able to sit at the table and drink my coffee overlooking Virginia Street. I was in the middle of all of the casinos and was able to walk easily to the places I wanted to go. The room was very clean and roomy. |

| I was pleasantly surprised with the Fitzgerald. Its an older building, but very well maintained and conveniently located. For the price we paid, I had not expected it to be as nice a hotel as it is. |

| Fitzgeralds is right in the middle between all of the major casinos. Maybe the best location in Reno, and with the reasonable prices I'd definitely stay there again. |

| Some what old style but clean and nice size room with a good view. Worth the price and central location. Only problem is that parking is across the street. |

| The room was clean and on a non-smoking floor, which was good, but showers were cold for all but the last person, who got lukewarm water. We were told by hotel staff that this happens on the upper floors late at night and first thing in the morning when lots of people are showering because the hotel needs a (new?) water recirculation system, so hopefully this means they're at least trying to do something about it for the future. In the meantime, they suggested just running the water, which we did for almost half an hour with no success, and it seems awfully wasteful in a desert climate. |
