| My stay at the extended stay was great, close to downtown Reno, about a 10 min ride. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I was given a room that was intended for smoking which was not a good thing for me. The room smelled of cigerette smoke, but all I did was ask for a non-smoking room and I was switched to a new room. I will stay at this location again. |

| Walls were a bit thin and bed was very hard. No maid service over a three day stay. Temp control good, and the kitchen set-up was nice. Not top end, but it was sufficient and a good choice for the cost. |

| Upon our arrival the front desk personnel checked us in quickly and efficiently. After we had a chance to go to our room and then came back downstairs they checked to make sure everything was alright. We found the room to be clean. Was somewhat surprised that there was no "maid service" to at least give us clean towels and to straightened up the room while we were gone the first day. But then, after reading the handout we were given upon arrival, it did state that would be the case. Very basic room and service, but comfortable and adequate for our purposes. Would stay here again if the occasion arises and if we could stay on the third floor. |

| I was very pleased with my stay at Extended Stay America. As you know maid service is performed once a week hence the low rate. However, I was impressed with the condition of the property as well as I my room. For the most part, the building looked new including the caulking in the bathroom. I will stay at Extended Stay America again. |

| Friendly staff. Room in very good condition. Other reviews complained of noise, but it wasn't a problem for me. Building construction is typical of recent mid-range hotels. Others complained of hard beds. I've had similar in a number of modern hotels, and like them that way. |
