Recent Eldorado Casino Review: "El Dorado Hotel, Reno, was convenient for me & the spouse, since we bought tickets to one of their shows and my parents booked at another hotel that was connected through the skywalk. (there's three hotels total) It was close enough to check on them and let them be, and also convenient for them to walk to the show without having to worry about walking  outside in the cold weather. Our hotel had security at the elevators, and the rooms really were nice. The shower knob being loose was the only thing I noticed off. I think our room was just renovated, since we saw some other rooms being renovated in another section nearby on the same floor. (Floor 9, forgot which wing) We got free wi-fi if we used their TV & keyboard (a nice convenience). Bad thing is if the weather is bad, you're stuck to the retaurants in the hotel area. We didn't research well for our options. (We wanted to try La Strada, but they were closed.) The other restaurants we tried in the area were so disappointing. (We're from the Bay Area, and get spoiled with lots of great restaurants in all price ranges.) Other than that, the room reservation not bad at all for a inexpensive deal. The hotel is right off the Virginia exit off I-80. One tip: Expect a couple fees that add to about 7 bucks at check in."

    The Brew Brothers - The Brew Brothers offers eight custom microbrews and a menu featuring gourmet wood-fired pizzas, salads, and burgers, all served in a warehouse-style setting. Live rock and blues nightly.

    Chefs' Buffet - Chef's offers all-you-can-eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. Weekend brunch and theme nights feature seafood, Italian (with a strolling accordion player), and Mexican specialties.
