| The Hotel itself was ok. A little overpriced . The other guests were allowed to bbq and create the biggest mess I have ever seen in the parking lot. The smell of crab, shrimp and trash the next day was overwhelming. Close access to down town despite all the construction. I would return but not as a first choice. |

| Excepté le fait d'avoir une chambre coté autoroute (et donc bruyante), l'hôtel est toujours conforme à mes attentes à Reno.
Personnel efficace, chambres spacieuses, literie confortable, hôtel facile d'accès, et pas cher.

| SO WE STAYED HERE FOR MY WEDDING NIGHT AND THE BED WAS SO CONFORTABLE AND THE SHEETS SO SOFT. MY CHILDREN GOT TO WATCH CARTOON AND PLAY OUTSIDE. THE MAINTANANCE WOMEN THERE WERE VERY POLITE AND EVERYTHING I ASKED FOR THEY GAVE ME. IF I EVER GO TO RENO AGAIN I WILL STAY THERE PLUS IT IS RIGHT OFF THE FREEWAY . |

| We decided at the last minute to go to Reno with the family, and this was the most inexpensive place and closest to downtown that we found. We weren't expecting much, and were pleasantly suprised. It is nothing fancy, just a clean, safe, quiet place to stay. It's close enough to downtown to walk(about 15 minutes), but far enough away from all the craziness and NOISE.
The staff was VERY friendly, got checked in quickly and ordered a rollaway bed that was delivered right away.
I plan to stay here again, the next time we come to Reno. |

| free breakfast...ha.....just cinnamon rolls and coffee no cold cereal or milk. orange juice didn't taste good. They put us next to freeway so it was very noisy. |

| Reasonably clean. Better than other low price motels. Continental breakfast was skimpy. Nice to have the use of an elevator. I would stay here again. |
