Recent Courtyard Marriott Reno Review: "For the first time in a long history of traveling, I left a jacket behind in the hotel closet. Maid service found the jacket, turned it in, advised me to send a prepaid mailer to them and they would send the jacket on to me. Then called to inform when the mailer arrived and assured me the jacket was in the mail. How I wish I had remembered to leave  a tip for the maids when I checked out!"
