Recent Circus Circus Casino Review: "This place was awesome. When I walked into my room, I thought they gave me a VIP room. When I came back the next week for another day, the room I got in the other tower was just as nice. The great thing is, there are 3 casinos attached, so you can walk 3 city blocks through three different hotels and casinos, see three differnt styles of music in casino and hotel bars, (also one rock and roll bar and grill) giftshops, jewelers. Also, there is one floor that is all carnival rides and games for the kids, ya know like whackamole, bean bag toss etc. and video arcade games. Perfect for kids, leave them on the second floor to play, and go down to the first to gamble. Amazing. I won't stay anywhere else in Reno"

Having stayed at the hotel on weekdays the stay on weekends was quite different. Normally the rooms are quiet, but we went on a Saturday night this time and we had people partying in the hall and our floor reeked of marijuana. Check in also took 45 minutes. But our previous stay on a weekday was wonderful.

Great inexpensive hotel on the center of the strip in Reno. Parking is free. Cheaper room are in the tower that is across the street from the main casino tower. Access to and from the casino is easy, by walkway or hotel shuttle. Some of the restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesday, but the buffet is open and of good quality. Air conditioner is a little noisy, but for the price and location it was extremely tolerable.

Everything went well for my family and me at Reno's Circus Circus. It was a good environment, safe and clean. The one problem was getting the luggage up and down stairs when we had to go to the tower. If you take the tram, that's fine, but if you don't want to wait for the tram but walk across the indoor bridge, you have to navigate getting luggage up/down several steps. With several suitcases and bags, that's tricky and I didn't like that part. Everything else was great. Glad we stayed there. Oh, and the meals were good for a lower price. Nice.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. We stayed in a deluxe room on the 20th floor and it was a good size room, with a big bathroom. My only complaint about the room would be the bed, it was very hard and I had trouble sleeping. We heard no noise from other rooms like we have experienced in other hotels. The restaurants were reasonable in price and you have a lot to choose from. I would stay here again if the beds were better quality.

As a whole, this was a good experience-our 2nd time there. Extra charges, like using the Internet are frustrating-should be included as a courtesy to guests.

Front desk was very helpful. Rooms were a little muggy, have to have the air on all day or it would leave a muggy smell. Beds not comfy. Maintenance came into the room when we were not there, remote didn't work. They should have waited for us to return from the front desk and not walk in when we were not in the room. Had a "Do not Disturb" sign posted, on the door.

The hotel is what you would expect for the money. There was an extra resort fee per day, which was for internet only as far as I could tell. You can walk to UNR if you really want - but it's an uphill hike.
