Recent Best Western Plaza Review: "This hotel was very nice it has 24 hours shuttles to the airport which only takes 3 minutes to get there and the best part was the hotel has a connection with the airport that had all the flights departing and arrivals listed. First thing in the morning I was able to find out about my flight and if it was on time. I would recommend this airport to any one. My family and I loved it."

| Room had not been vacummed, the sheets and blanket all had cigarette burns (non-smoking room), the towels had holes and one had what looked like grease stains. The lock on the street-level sliding door did not work. The sliding door opened directly to the parking lot which was just yards away from a busy street. A bus station was on the other side of the street. |

| Clean, decent hotel very close to the airport. I was returning from a backpacking trip to Yosemite and needed a hotel close to the airport because my flight was to leave at 6:30am the next morning. Check in staff was friendly. There was no bellboy to carry my luggage so I have to do it myself. Although my room was a non-smoking room, the floor reeked of tobacco. My room was next to the elevator on the 3rd floor. The noise of the elevator made my stay less than enjoyable. If I was staying more than one night I would have requested a different room. Overall, the hotel is OK if you need something really close to the airport. |

| The wireless internet is by no means high speed, but at least it is free. We had breakfast outside in the garden, which is was nice. This hotel is nothing special, but it is clean and comfortable. |

| Great location. Quite in spite of being across the street from the airport. Restaurant and bar on site a plus. Only complaint was the bedspread being much too heavy to be comfortable if needed for an extra blanket. |

| This hotel seemed dark and dingy. Though the location was great, right across the street from the airport, I didn't feel like I wanted to touch anything. Also, their pillow were so thick it was impossible to crank your neck up high enough to use, but you sure didn't want to touch that bedspread and use it for a pillow. And a call to the front desk indicated they had the pillow problem a lot, but had nothing else to offer. |

| Nice location being so close to the airport. Friendly employees. Food in the restaurant was marginal, I have had much better, I wanted to go in back and show them how to do it better, I cook :). |

| In most rooms the HVAC system is extremely complicated, and the front desk is lax in pointing out the "secret" to getting it to work. Further, even after the secrets were revealed, the HVAC unit in my room did not work (blown fuse) and I had to be moved. One night of extreme discomfort and a move to another room could have been avoided if the hotel had bothered to check the unit prior to check in and/or had given clear instructions at the desk about how to operate. |
