Excellent price. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The full breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. I would stay here and recommend this hotel again.

We could hear talking in the next room and an occasional dog bark. The beds were smaller than queen and a bit springy. The parking area is quite cramped and is shared by another motel. The place is located in a strange place--a bit off the beaten path. It was a good breakfast with reasonable quality (other than what I've mentioned). The TV was much bigger than most hotels/motels.

We arrived after midnight and were happy to find our room still available (although we had called ahead to say we would be very late). The parking lot is shared with another hotel, so parking is limited. The parking spaces are not very wide and lots of cars/SUVs took more than their alotted space thus causing even fewer available spaces. We were lucky to find a spot in the lot. Street parking is available for those not so lucky. We were told that there is security who monitors the lot and streets. The rooms are newly refurbished, clean, and very nice. They are a bit small but still very comfortable. Large flat screen TV. Nice full breakfast including eggs with cheese, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, assorted juices, etc. Our only complaint would be that the shower head itself was not adjustable so it only sprayed towards the end of the tub and slightly out the side. There were adjustable pressure/spray options on the shower head though. We especially liked that this hotel is away from the "strip" and near the freeway. A shuttle is available although we did not need it. Overall, it was very clean, felt very safe, and was conveniently located near the freeway.

Easy acess,in and out,and yet in a quiet area.For the price,the room was exceptional and the breakfast was more than expected.The building has been there a while,but is well maintained,and the rooms have been updated.Nice desk area and chair for computer work,clean....I have stayed there twice now,and when in Reno,will stay again.

Great free breakfast with meat, eggs, the ubiquitous waffle maker, fruits, breads, and cereals. Near airport and freeway.

The check-in was great and the room was clean and very comfortable. The Staff was very helpful and friendly and courteous. To me the only downsides were that there was no fridge in my room (they do have fridges in some rooms but they cost more) and the parking is not the greatest. Most of the spaces are pretty narrow. I would still recommend the motel to people, though. I would definately stay there again.

The hotel is located near the airport, and between downtown and the convention center, near several car dealerships. Overall, the property's outside appearance and public areas (other than the lobby) leave quite a bit to be desired. The lobby and fitness room seem to have recently been updated. The rest of the public areas have not. My room was very nice...large flat screen TV, wireless connection, comfortable beds, and clean. While I was comfortable with the accomodations, I am certain there are others who would not want to stay here.

This my first time booking a hotel from an online site and I must say me and my fiance' were very happy with the turnout. First the price was a great price espcially for the quality. We walked in thinking it was going to be trashy because of the price but it looked better than some of the 5 star hotels! The beds were nice and clean, my fiance loved the big flat screen tv and the bathroom was nice and super clean and it even had a heat lamp in the ceiling to warm you up when got out the shower! It also had massaging shower heads, the wifi internet was great i just opened my laptop and got straight internet access no passswords or nothing! We loved it so much and had a great time the only regret is we didnt stay longer!

Room was very large and comfortable. Refridgerator, microwave, kitchen sink seperate from bathroom. They offered 24hour shuttle to anywhere. Very friendly staff very kind. Excellent full breakfast included. Great price. Parking is not the best. Small spaces and not enough for both hotels on the same lot some people have to park on the street. I would definately stay here again.
