| I wasnt looking for a lot for the price i paid, but i was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Complementary breakfast was really good. One drawback was the elevator was either out of service or engaged for maintenance because after waiting 10 minutes with no elevator we had to take all our bags down three flights of stairs. |

| The room was pleasant and comfortable. However, the it took a couple of hours to get hot water one morning I was there. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The hallways and entrance into the hotel was very unkept, the hallways had an odd smell and the grounds were not well kept. Overall, the stay was fine for me. |

| The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Definitely would stay there again, the only complaint was there was very little hot water in the morning. Probably due to everyone showering at the same time, but it was still a nice stay. |

| So the location isn't great and the view isn't either. But it was affordable and nice friendly staff overall a great deal (spa and breakfast) great! |

| Hotel service was great. The hotel shuttle will take you within a 5 mile area, this was a plus. A good selection for Breakfast. |

| Love the place. It's clean, located right across from a major casino hotel. Friendly staffs. Came here with my wife, and spent 4 nights here. Will definitely stay here in the future, and will highly recommend others to stay at Baymont in Reno. |

| Outside looked nice, hallways looked rather old and rundown, but the room was really nice and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs and sausage/ham. Good deal for the low price we paid. |

| I booked because of proximity to airport. The hotel was a good bargain for the price. It was definitely not a resort but the amenities were decent. The service was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast buffet provided several choices. |
