Recent Summit Review: "I got one of the deals through hotels.com on this room and think it was great for the money it cost.
The room was large and even included a couch with a hideaway bed in it. The king bed was very comfy. We ordered room service two different times and it was quick and delicious both times and they even include the tip in the cost so you don't have to figure it out. The room didn't have the ac or fridge on when we first came in but that was to save on electricity a word of warning the fridge gets too cold if you set it at the max cooling. My food froze solid when I did that so maybe only a 3 or a 4 on the temp scale would be ideal to use. the microwave and coffee maker worked perfectly as well. The view was really nice, the mountains look really pretty at sunrise from up where we were (floor 20). The darkness of the room colors with the shades pulled shut allows you to block out the light completely if you don't want to wake up at sunrise though.
I think the only complaint I can think of it they shower could have been built better. When you turn on the water it goes out of the bottom gap in the glass. It can get very slippery on the marble floor. The easy fix is to throw and extra towel down onto the ground. I must say that the tv in the bathroom so you could watch the news while taking a morning shower was great.
I almost opened the Voss water thinking it was part of the room, it's not so make sure to look at the cap before you open it or you could be paying around six bucks for that bottle of water.
The casino was nice although I only gambled one dollar. I went to Reno so I could go to Denio (about 5 hrs away) to go opal mining. I didn't see that listed in the adventures listed around the hotel."
