| my husband and i booked this hotel at the last minute because of a change of route on a road trip. although it was the price that enticed us, the quality of the room, the service and the restaurant will definately bring us back.
I particularly loved the Spa, which had great treatments at an affordable luxury price point, and I will definately make time to go back when we return.
this is a great place to stay for a night, a getaway or a business trip. |

| The room was beautiful. We had an excellent view, in room spa, decor was elegant! It was a real treat! |

| My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the spa suite. It was very comfortable and the staff who service it were good at what they do. The front desk staff were very professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable of the services the hotel provided.
The drawback was the valet service. The people there were rude and vengeful! There was a problem when we arrived, and when we went to pick up our vehicle, it took almost 20 minutes to deliver our car. Then on top of that, our keys were conveniently misplaced.
We would recommend staying at the hotel, but, not using the valet service. |

| I would not recommend this hotel. We booked with hotels.com, then were hit with additional "resort charges" when we checked in for the pool and jacuzzi. This is fraudulent. |

| I was very pleased with the hotel and its staff. The few times I asked for assistance, I was taken care of immediatly. about the only thing i found wrong was that a light bulb was out, but I never called them because I only noticed at bedtime. Should I get back up to Reno I will definitely stay there again. |

| Everytime we come to Reno if we can get a good rate we love to stay here. The rooms are great, the restaurants are very good. The only draw back on this last stay was I don't care for firm mattresses and ours was very firm this time. But that won't stop us from staying here again. |

| For the low rate we paid, this was an excellent value. Our hotel room in the Tower was clean and the staff was courteous. The airport shuttle service was very convenient. |
